Birthday Gift Ideas

  1. Jigsaw picture. Why not take your favorite negative down to Boots the Chemists photo shop and turn it into a jigsaw? It'll only set you back around £8 and it'll be a unique gift!
  2. In the year you were born... WH Smith are selling videos with the news stories of the year starting from 1930. Each video encapsulates the life and times prevalent to that year. What a nice way to remember a birthday or celebrate a wedding anniversary etc.
  3. For those of you who like to dabble with dtp on your machine, how about a decorative short history of the surname of your chosen recipient of this gift? Emblazoned with a family coat of arms, they always look impressive, don't you think?
  4. And how about printed IOU's promising gardening chores, or babysitting, or other useful help?

I hope these ideas are of use to you; if you can think of anything else that would make a delightful gift for someone and yet doesn't snap a tight budget, mail me! Thanks!
